The American Filtration and Separations Society (AFS) invites you to participate in the 21st Annual Technical Conference and Tabletop Exposition on May 19-22, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Valley Forge, PA. This is a blockbuster venue where diverse fields will build on common principles, and attendees will have an opportunity to learn operations involving fluid/particle processing and separation.
The Conference will include 27 sessions divided into three tracks:

Fundamentals and Applications - (Prof. Hooman Tafreshi, Co-Chair)
Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - (Dr. Benjamin Fuchs, Co-Chair)

The symposium offers many opportunities for one to explore melding cross-disciplinary skills, learning and networking. In addition to the technical presentations, the AFS will offer both basic and advanced Short Courses in Filtration and Separation.
