Donaldson Buys LMC West Dust Collection Business - Quick Facts [DCI]
2/4/2008 2:26:49 PM Donaldson Company, Inc. (DCI) said it has purchased the assets of LMC West, a manufacturer of industrial dust collection and filtration systems. Terms of the acquisition were not revealed.
The company noted that LMC West had annual sales of approximately $10 million in 2007.
Commenting on the acquisition, Tod Carpenter, Vice President, Global Industrial Filtration Solutions, stated, “The acquisition of LMC West complements our existing Donaldson Torit dust collection products well.”
